Marlena Lopez is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in emergency care, urgent care, and occupational health. She is a compassionate practitioner devoted to helping her clients achieve their wellness goals. A life-long learner, Marlena takes pride in ensuring she is applying the most up to date evidence based practices. Marlena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Science degree in Nursing from George Mason University. Marlena served as a clinician at Pinnacle Health starting in 2012. In 2018, she became the owner and operator of Pinnacle Health and carried this position to 2023. Marlena is now Elite Medspa + Wellness’ Medical Director as well as one of our administrators of hormone therapy.

Marlena lives in Yuma, AZ with her husband, a retired US Navy Senior Chief, and her 3 daughters. When not helping clients achieve their best self, she enjoys traveling and taking on adventures with her family.

Charlen Williamson, RN has been a registered nurse for over 33 years. She has worked direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, over a decade in Emergency Room/Trauma obtaining her CEN (certified emergency nurse). She also worked as GI.

She has been an aesthetic nurse since 2017, became certified in injectables through the Esthetic Skin Institute and is also trained and certified on laser and microneedling with PRP through the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale Arizona. She is a proud member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses as well as AmSpa. Charlen believes in providing the highest level of care to her clients. Safety is her top priority and spends thousands of dollars in continuing education every year to ensure that her clients are receiving the safest and most up to date injection techniques as well as bringing back information on the newest aesthetic services and products.

Charlen has been married to her husband Tony for over 25 years, has a son Kyle, stepson Quintan, stepdaughter Brie and granddaughter Charleigh Rose. When she’s not at work she’s either painting abstract art in her workshop, donating time to the Humane Society of Yuma, or at home loving on one of her rescue dogs!

Abri Johnson is a dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner who has spent her career making a positive impact on the lives of her patients. With a solid educational background and extensive experience in various medical settings , Abri has gained valuable experience in the healthcare field over the last 12 years.Abri’s journey into healthcare began when she graduated nursing school in 2011. She then earned her undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University in 2014. Her desire for knowledge and passion for her profession led her to achieve a graduate degree from Chamberlain University in 2017. With a solid foundation in nursing and advanced education, Abri then transitioned into her role as a nurse practitioner in family medicine.For the past six years, she has been delivering comprehensive care to individuals and families, building strong connections with her patients, and promoting their overall well-being. Abri’s commitment to health and wellness is her passion, and she has found her niche in making a positive impact through hormone replacement therapy and weight loss. With a deep understanding of the intricate balance of hormones in the body, she empowers her patients to regain control of their health and vitality. Abri’s dedication extends to helping individuals on their weight loss journey, recognizing that achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is essential for overall well-being.

Outside of her demanding career, Abri cherishes her time with her family. She enjoys early morning walks with her two children, finding solace and joy in the simple moments. She is also an avid hiker, appreciating the beauty of nature and the physical challenges it offers. Abri values quality time with her loved ones and understands the importance of work-life balance.
